Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled by 100th Meridian Consulting. By booking or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Consultations

Scheduled consultations, calls, or meetings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

​

Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or more will not be charged. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, including missed appointments, may be charged the full session fee and are non-refundable.

Ongoing Services

For ongoing consulting services, retainers, or project-based engagements, clients may cancel with 14 days’ written notice.

​

All work completed up to the cancellation date will remain payable in full. Fees already paid for work completed or time allocated are non-refundable.

Fees & Prepayments

Certain services may require prepayment or a deposit.

​

Deposits become non-refundable once work has begun. Prepaid fees for future services may, at our discretion, be applied as a credit toward rescheduled services.

​

Any approved credits must be used within six (6) months of the original payment date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

​

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be accommodated where possible. Repeated rescheduling may require a new booking or additional fees.

Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, at the sole discretion of 100th Meridian Consulting.
